ABOUT THE FOOTY LEAGUE

The Footy League (TFL) and our family of local leagues began in NYC in 2011 and has grown to become the nation’s largest adult soccer league.

TFL, always mixed, exists to make professional-quality soccer accessible to recreational players everywhere.. Better jerseys, better customer service, better web experience, and a better commitment to community and inclusiveness.

In short, a better vibe.

The Footy League has grown to become the nation’s largest adult soccer league, with divisions for anyone, whether your new to soccer or an ex-pro. In short, We welcome everyone. Well…almost everyone (we remove overly aggressive, entitled, and/or abusive personalities).

We continue to expand programming to accommodate the needs of the community. This includes our partnership with BetterPlayer, a soccer training program, Footy Kids, our new youth program, annual tournaments, including Governors Cup and the Footy Fest, our charity partnerships and much more.

Oh, and we’re always mixed gender.
